Information for clearances

All coaches and volunteers must have clearances on file with DYB. We need to have both the State Police Clearance (PATCH System), as well as the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History. You only need to apply for the free version of these background checks. Please use the following websites to electronically complete these checks. Download the pdf after the checks are completed and email the electronic copy to vp@dyb.org
